Interview with Fidelity Investments® , presenting sponsor of the Great Charity Challenge

How many years have you been taking part in this event?

Fidelity Investments® has been involved with The Great Charity Challenge since it began in 2010.

Fidelity Investments® Jump duirng the 2014 Great Charity Challenge

Are there any highlights of previous years that you would like to share?

A highlight of The Great Charity Challenge is the welcome party held for all teams. This fun, upbeat BBQ before the competition provides a great opportunity for the representatives from all of the charities to meet their riders and team sponsors. Teams learn more about each other, thank each other and have their team photo taken. This festive atmosphere sets the perfect tone for the night’s event to come.

Why do you feel that participating in the Great Charity Challenge is important? How does this align with your business’ mission?

Fidelity Investments® is dedicated to making a positive impact in the communities where our clients and employees live and work.

To do so, Fidelity partners with organizations that do good work locally and nationally, support shared corporate and community goals and provide opportunities to strengthen relationships with key stakeholders.

The Great Charity Challenge is a wonderful example of bringing this to life.   This creative show jumping competition provides a terrific opportunity for Fidelity to support over 34 important programs in the local Palm Beach County community while demonstrating clear value and impact to these nonprofit partners, as well as to their riders and team sponsors.

A true team effort.
